About me
ā
Bula Vinaka! I'm LUISA KÄBUTA TUILAU. I'm a proud granddaughter and great granddaughter of resilient, hardworking and honest rural and maritime fishermens', farmers and educator.
I've spent the last 10 years working in the decolonisation, self-determination and nuclear-ban spaces . I specialise in the areas of Women, Peace and Security and have used my skills in data management, MEL, policy and research to tell evidence-based stories from grassroots to policy. I'm a poet at heart and a lawyer who loves flowers, fishing and seafood.
I value respect, relationships and reciprocity. I'm committed to authenticity, integrity and intentionality.
